Hydro-skin treatment
Everyone wants glowing and hydrated skin. Here I am sharing a natural Hydra Facial, which you can do at home. It has many benefits include a more hydrated, bright, plump, and clear complexion. It can also improve signs of aging, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, increases firmness, evens tone, texture, and brown spots, as well as reducing enlarged pores. You can do this treatment weekly at home.
Following are the steps:-
Step#1:- Cleansing
Clean your face with any Face Wash or Cleanser.
Step#2:- Exfoliating
Mix 1 tbsp of Semolina (Suji) in raw milk (2tbsp). Let it sit for 10 mins.
Now massage your face with this mixture for 5 to 10 mins and clean your face with a warm wet towel. This step will exfoliate your dead skin with natural ingredients.
Step#3:- Serum
This is the most important step to hydrate your skin. Take 2 tbsp of Curd (especially yogurt's water). Squeeze any citrus fruit in it. E.g. Half-Orange. Add 1 tbsp Glycerin oil in it and a Vit E capsule. Mix it well and wait for 5 mins to absorb the ingredients in the curd.
Now take a bandage and apply this mixture to your face with the help of a bandage. It will remove your dead skin very well and will absorb the glowing ingredients into your skin. Keep massaging your face for 15 mins.
Step#4:- Sheet Mask
Don't waste the left Curd material. Just add some Aloe vera Gel in it and dip any sheet mask in it. If you don't have the sheet mask, you can use your bandage as a sheet mask. Apply that dipped sheet to your face and wait until the sheet got dry. Remove the sheet mask by continuously massaging your face.
Step#5:- Moisturise
We all should use a good moisturizer according to our skin type. Wash your face with lukewarm water. Take any moisturizer and apply. You will be amazed after seeing the glowing effect believe me.
Bonus Tip:-
Don't forget to drink lotsssssssssss of water.

Love the cartoon at the start! This was really helpful. Thank you!
