Skin Care Tour

We all want flawless and glowing skin. It's up to us how we are taking care of our skin. Some basic skin care tips are as follows:-

  • Maintain a healthy diet. Eat well because you are what you eat.
  • Drink plenty of water and hydrate yourself inside and out.
  • Don't touch your face and leave your pimples alone.
  • Get enough sleep to avoid dark circles.
  • Wash your face. Never wear makeup to bed.
  • Get a soft tiny towel for your face only.
  • Don't use too many products. Simplify your skin routine.
  • Moisturise both day and night.
  • Clean your makeup brushes. Try to not share your makeup products to avoid germs.

Double Cleanse

Always double cleanse. Use the right cleanser for your skin type. Cleansing is the most important step for everyone. Doesn't matter you're a teenager or 20+, cleansing your face at night and in the morning is a must. Double Cleansing is really effective if you can do. Only 2 products and it will remove all your dirt and make you feel good. Chose a good foaming face wash and sweep up oil with it and pick good moisturizing cleansing milk.

Gentle Exfoliation

Exfoliation is key. Scrubbing your face sometimes isn't good if you are using harsh face cleansers. Pick a scrub that is gentle to your skin. It will help you deeply cleanse your face and remove black/whiteheads. Exfoliate a couple times per week. If your skin is sensitive or oily, use it twice a week. Start using it in your 20s.

Mask

Make masks a regular thing. In summers, I prefer homemade masks like Multani Mitti or Ubtan. But in winter I prefer buying a good face pack or a sheet mask to hydrate my face. Mask is good if you use it daily because it will tighten your face.

Rosewater (Toner)

Nothing is better than Rosewater. It's your facial mist. Whether you are a teenager or 20+, make it essential in your daily routine. Spray your face with rose water and see the magic. It will nourish your skin and makes your skin look fresh. You can also use it in your face packs.

Wear Sunblock

Sunscreen is everything. UVA and B rays are very harmful to your skin. Never forget to apply a good sunblock or SPF 60 during the daytime. Avoid direct heat exposure because the sun is responsible for fine lines. Protect your skin and body by applying 10 mins before sun exposure.

Night cream

Chose a good night cream or moisturizer to apply before bed. Don't ever fell for cheap whitening creams. Pick a cream to hydrate your face or which is good for dark circles.

Bonus tips

Vitamin C

Vitamins should go on your skin too. Vitamin C is your friend and it is best for healthy skin. It is the complete glow-getter. Try to take it from natural sources like citrus fruits. Other than this Cac 1000 plus tablets are really good. Add it to your routine.

Vitamin E

Vitamin is very beneficial for aging skin and hair. There are easily available Vit E capsules like Evion in the local market. You can use these capsules in your night creams, skin remedies, or hair oils.
